This site is for informational and entertainment value only. We believe in what we put on this site, but by no means is it the end all or be all of backcountry expertise, further more to blame the site creator, for a lack of common sense on some parties part is ludicrous, in other words use your head for those without common sense get some ok! As you will find throughout this site, I always recommend to do your own research before heading out on your adventure "Damn Good Advice" if I say so myself, I do however do my best to get the most pertinent and recent information possible If I don't have it, it probably wont show up until I get it on this site. 

    Ok that being said all original work is copyrighted© and cannot be used without permission of the author, this includes writings, photographs, opinions and even this legal notice. As for submitted material it is also intellectual property of the Author, Photographer or Poet and is protected by law. If you wish to use any of the information for your site or any thing else contact us for permission we will work something out. Please do not steal band width by linking pictures to your site ask me I will allow you most of the time to download  a copy  as long as a caption telling were you got it appears next to the Item that is it. Enjoy the site and be careful out there it is a lot safer than driving your car but still dangerous.
